How can I track my orders?                                                                             

 A tracking number and tracking link will be given to your email after the processing of your order. You can keep a track on your order through that until it delivers.

How do I cancel my order before I make a payment?
 After logging into your account, go to your cart. Here, you will be able to make payment by proceeding to checkout or cancel your order.
Note: We are unable to cancel orders once shipped. But you can wait until delivery & return the package for a refund.

How can I change my shipping address?
 If you want to change the address before shipment, please contact us and we will change it.

What are the payment methods available?
  We offer PayPal and Card Payments.

Wallets: Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Meta Pay.

You can use PayPal to pay with your card as well. No worries, a PayPal account is not needed. When you click "Complete Order using PayPal", PayPal checkout will open. But below that, you will find an option to pay using your card.

How long will it take for my order to arrive after I make payment?
 Normally it would take 2-3 weeks to ship your order. Shipping may take longer than estimated due to weather conditions. If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.

How do I make payments using PayPal? How does it work?
 PayPal is the easiest way to make payments online. While checking out your order, you will be redirected to the PayPal website. Be sure to fill in correct details for fast & hassle-free payment processing. It's fast, easy & secure.

Is exchange of products possible?                                                               

 No, at present we don’t accept exchanges. Please be careful while selecting size, color and entering personalized details.

When can I open a dispute about the product?

Our available dispute time will be within 7 days after the delivery date (date shown in the tracking that the parcel had been delivered). Please contact us with product photos and videos.
